Application privacy
Information entered in the application portal is provided to Aaron Guido at CBM1 for responding to inquiries and reviewing lease applications. A submitted application is a request for review, not a lease approval or commitment.
Your information
The portal collects the contact, business, financial, identification and supporting-document information you choose to provide. Drafts are saved when you select Save or move between steps; the page shows whether saving succeeded. Aaron’s inbox shows submitted records. Portal administrators and authorized hosting personnel may have technical access to stored information.
Applications and documents are encrypted before storage. Return codes and sign-in cookies control access. Do not share your return code. Documents are not published with the property brochures. No advertising analytics are installed on application pages.
Review and sharing
Aaron may need to share your submitted application with the relevant landlord and authorized parties involved in reviewing the proposed lease. Read the application’s credit-check authorization before signing. Submitting this form does not itself run a credit check.
When broker email alerts are enabled, the email provider receives only the property name, request type and a link to the private inbox. Application answers and uploaded documents are not included in notification emails.
When tenant confirmations are enabled, Microsoft 365 processes your email address, selected property and suite, request type, submission date and reference number to email your receipt. Financial answers, identification numbers, signatures, private return codes and uploaded documents are not included. Confirmation emails are transactional receipts, not marketing.
Saved drafts and requests
Save your return code to revisit a draft or submission. If it is lost, contact Aaron; the portal does not offer automatic email recovery. Contact Aaron@cbm1.com to request access, correction or deletion. No automatic retention period has been configured; ask Aaron about retention before submitting if this affects your decision.
Hosting uses the website’s Sites infrastructure, including Cloudflare database and object storage. Essential cookies keep you signed in. They expire after 14 days for applicants and 8 hours for the broker; sign out when using a shared device.
